Drilling/Workover Supervisors
Act as Company Man.
- Supervise work-over operations on jack-up, land, or offshore rigs
- Ensure complex well control, stripping operations, fishing jobs and coil tubing are performed to Client standards
- Exemplify the Client safety culture to all contractors on location
- Work in conjunction with the coordinator on the ordering of all rental tools, chemicals and maintaining the proper personnel needed for the job
- Steward the necessary permits, inspections and NPDES forms for the well file
Safety Supervisors
- Provide HES Oversight
- Conduct daily site safety inspections
- Conduct daily safety tool box meetings
- Assist with the onsite permitting process
- Administer the safety reporting programs
- Oversee compliance of these safe work requirements
- Provide Client policy orientation to all contractor personnel
Shorebase/Warehouse Management
- Shipping and receiving
- Provide point-to-point materials and transportation assets coordination and control with the shorebase
- Unload supply vessels at the platform sites
- Maintain remote site inventories
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure optimum utilization of client and vendor warehoused inventory
Offshore Crane & Rigging Operators
- Onshore and Offshore experience
- API RP 2D crane operation and rigging certified
- Perform pre-use inspections of crane equipment
- Highly experienced professionals
Rig Coordinators
- Manage the site logistics
- Coordinate personnel, contractors and equipment callouts; closely monitoring schedule windows and weather conditions
- Assist wellwork Supervisors and Engineering as requested to expedite materials and personnel resources
- Assist with cost tracking
- Provide leadership in stewarding Owners’ and Clients’ safety and environmental policies
- Initiate and process all cargo manifests, material activity and material movement forms
- Process DOT and waste tracking forms as part of shipping manifests
- Coordinate with Workover Supervisors on all medical transportation and emergency evacuations
- Review Pre-mobilization information for contractors to ensure all requirements for jobsite are met and current
